Prior to IGY, he was General Manager of Rivergate Marina & Shipyard, Australia's newest and most impressive super-yacht destination where he raised the benchmark in the Australian marina industry for the design, construction and services for Superyacht Marinas & Shipyards. Matthew's success in marina development & operations has enabled him to become an industry leader, regularly speaking at international conferences. Matthew's area of expertise lies in environmental management, marina & shipyard design, customer service programs, facility management and business development. Matthew has studied in Civil Engineering, Management Communication and Management Leadership.
