Payment is required before the conference.
An administration fee of €225 will be charged for any cancellations before 1 November 2013.
Unfortunately, due to commitments with the venue and caterers, refunds will not be available after this date.
A replacement may be submitted up to 7 days before the event pending notification and is accompanied by the full fee or outstanding balance.
